These are the rules for buying from EACAMPSY. Placing an order means you accept them. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them out loud.

What we sell

Technical spare parts and accessories for camping, van life and the outdoors, designed by us and produced in small batches to order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send you the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because of a production problem or an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and refund you in full. We may also cancel orders that look fraudulent or abusive.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros and include the taxes that apply, unless the checkout tells you otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.

Made to order

Nothing sits on a shelf. Your part is produced after you order it, which is why preparation takes 3 to 5 working days before the parcel is handed to the carrier. If something is going to take longer, we tell you before you have to ask.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Please check that address twice: a wrong one costs everybody money.

How these parts are meant to be used

Our products are camping and organisation accessories. They are not safety equipment. Do not use them to secure people, to bear body weight, for climbing, lifting, towing, or in any situation where a failure could hurt someone. Fix loads sensibly, do not exceed what common sense suggests a small part can hold, and keep them away from open flame and direct heat.

We are responsible for our products being what we say they are. We are not responsible for damage caused by using them outside what they were designed for.

Our designs are ours

The geometry of our parts, the photographs, the texts, the name EACAMPSY and the look of this site belong to us. Buying a part gives you the part. It does not give you the right to copy it, scan it, reproduce it, sell printed copies of it, or pass its files to anyone else. We take this seriously: it is the whole business.

Using this site

Do not try to break, overload or scrape the shop, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend access if you do.

Where the limits are

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We do not cover indirect losses such as a ruined weekend or a missed trip. None of this limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Which law applies

Spanish law applies, and EU consumer rules apply where they protect you more. If we ever disagree, write to us first: almost everything gets solved by email. If it does not, consumers in the EU can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that counts for your order is the one published when you placed it.
