What this site is

An online shop for technical parts and accessories for camping, van life and the outdoors, designed and produced by us in small batches to order. Products are made and dispatched from Spain.

Using the site

You may browse and buy. You may not copy the site, its texts, its photographs or the geometry of our products, nor reproduce or resell printed copies of our parts. Everything published here belongs to EACAMPSY unless stated otherwise.

Accuracy

We keep prices, stock and descriptions as accurate as we can. Mistakes happen. If an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than quietly ship something different.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.

Availability

We try to keep the shop up at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Applicable law and disputes

Spanish law applies, together with the EU consumer rules that protect you. Write to us first: nearly everything is solved by email. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
