Shipping Policy
Everything you buy here is printed after you order it, so the clock has two parts: the days we spend making your parcel, and the days the carrier spends moving it.
Preparation: 3 to 5 working days
That is the honest number. Your part goes on the machine, gets checked, packed and labelled. We do not promise same-day dispatch because we would not be able to keep it, and we would rather under-promise than apologise.
Then the carrier
Once the parcel leaves us, delivery time depends on the destination and the service chosen at checkout. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Where we ship from, and to
Everything is made and dispatched from Spain. We ship within Spain and to the European destinations shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, write to us and we will look into it.
What shipping costs
The exact cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, before you pay. There are no surprises added afterwards.
Packaging
Parts travel in a sealed waterproof mailer, not a box. It is lighter, it costs less to send, it uses less material, and your part arrives dry.
If something goes wrong
- Tracking has not moved for days: give it one more working day, then email us and we will chase the carrier.
- The parcel says delivered but you do not have it: check with neighbours and your letterbox first, then tell us within 7 days and we will open a claim.
- Wrong address: tell us before it ships and we will fix it for free. After that, a redelivery may have to be paid again.
- Nobody collected it and it came back: we refund the items, but not the shipping already spent.
Outside the EU
Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are paid by you on arrival. They are set by your country, not by us, and we cannot estimate them for you.
