EACAMPSY ("we", "the shop") runs this store. This page explains what we do with your data in plain words. If you want something deleted, one email is enough.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, delivery address, email, phone if you give it, and what you bought. We need all of it to make the parcel arrive.
  • When you pay: nothing. Card details go straight to the payment provider and never reach us. We only see whether the payment worked.
  • When you sign up to the waiting list: your email and which categories you ticked.
  • When you browse: pages visited, device and browser, and approximate location from your IP. This comes from cookies and similar technology.
  • When you write to us: whatever you put in the email.

Why we use it

  • To prepare, print, pack and send your order, and to talk to you about it.
  • To handle returns and answer questions.
  • To keep the accounts and meet our tax and legal obligations.
  • To measure how the shop is working and to show ads, if you have accepted those cookies.
  • To email you about new products, if you asked us to.

The legal basis

Processing your order is necessary to perform the contract between us. Keeping invoices is a legal obligation. Analytics, advertising and marketing emails run on your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.

Who else sees it

Only the companies we need to run the shop, and only the part they need:

  • Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders.
  • Payment providers, which handle the transaction.
  • Carriers, which need your address to deliver the parcel.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms, if you accepted those cookies.

We do not sell your data. We never have and we are not going to.

Cookies

Some cookies are strictly necessary: the basket, the checkout, staying logged in. Those cannot be switched off or the shop stops working. The rest, measurement and advertising, only run if you accept them in the banner. You can change your mind at any time from the cookie preferences link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for as long as the tax rules require. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Browsing data for the period set by each analytics tool, usually months rather than years.

What you can ask us to do

  • Tell you what data we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
  • Send you a copy in a portable format.
  • Stop using it for marketing or profiling.

Email us and we will act on it. If you are in the EU and you think we handled it badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Age

This shop is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If that has happened, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. Big changes get an email to anyone on our list.
