The short version: you have 15 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. You do not owe us an explanation.
Your window
Fifteen calendar days, counted from the day the parcel is delivered to you. Ask us within those 15 days and the return is accepted. Ask us on day 16 and it is not, so please do not leave it to the last minute.
The condition we need it back in
- Unused, or used only as much as you needed to see whether it works for you.
- Complete: all the parts that came in the parcel.
- In its original packaging where possible. A reused envelope is fine as long as the part is protected.
A part that has been screwed into wet ground for a week is not "unused". We will be reasonable, and we ask you to be reasonable too.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and which items you are sending back.
- We reply with the return address and simple instructions. Do not send anything back before you have that reply, or we may not be able to trace your parcel.
- Post it, and keep the tracking number until your refund lands.
Who pays for the return
You pay the return postage when you are simply changing your mind. We pay it when the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered.
Your money back
Once the parcel reaches us and we have checked it, we refund within 14 days to the same payment method you used. We refund the price of the items plus the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose a faster or upgraded shipping option, we refund the standard rate, not the upgrade.
If your order arrives damaged or wrong
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a couple of photos. That is on us and we will sort it at our cost. Please keep the packaging until it is resolved.
What we do not offer
We do not run a replacement or warranty programme. We do not send free replacement parts for items that have been used, lost, worn down, or broken in the field after the return window has closed. We would rather tell you that plainly now than pretend otherwise on the product page.
Nothing written here removes or limits the rights you already have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
Made to order, and what that means for you
Every part is made after you order it. That does not make it a personalised item: they are standard models from our catalogue, so your right to return them within the window applies in full.
