There is no call centre here and no ticket number. You write, a person reads it, and that person is the same one who designs and makes the parts.
Write to the shop's email address, shown in the footer of every page and in your order confirmation. It is the fastest way and the only one we monitor.
When you will hear back
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. If you write on Saturday you will normally have an answer on Monday. If four days go by with nothing, your message got lost: write again, we are not ignoring you.
What to put in the message
- Your order number if you already bought something.
- What happened, in your own words.
- A photo, if it is something we need to see.
That is usually enough to solve it in one reply instead of four.
Returns
Do not send anything back before writing to us. Start the return by email and we will send you the return address and instructions. Parcels sent back without warning can arrive somewhere we cannot trace them.
